The Edelrid Salathe Lite Helmet is an ultra-lightweight choice for all forms of climbing. Crafted from Curv®, the latest in thermoplastic technology, it offers superior rigidity, tensile strength, and impact resistance—all while being 20% lighter than the original Salathe helmet. Keep your head safe without weighing you down.

The Salathe Lite offers superior protection and is tested for full front, side and back impacts. It's designed to work with head torches and ski goggles so it also makes it the choice for mountaineering and ski-mo or ski touring, as well as rock and alpine climbing. The cradle easily adjusts if your adding on a beanie underneath or taking it off.
